Bluplex is a duplex studio apartment organized on two levels. Bluplex is a duplex studio apartment organized on two levels. At the entrance level, the layout accommodates the bathroom and the living area, which unfolds along the apartment’s glazed façade. A compact staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, dedicated to the sleeping area.
Suspended at the heart of the space, the mezzanine faces the entire living area. With its distinctive blue hue, it becomes a luminous centerpiece, casting reflections that animate the whole apartment in shades of white and cream.
Like a river flowing from the mezzanine, the blue staircase descends gently between two walls, ending in a broad landing that transforms into a TV console. On the opposite side, a linear kitchen with fluted walnut fronts extends along the short wall of the room.
Floating within the double-height volume, two large chandeliers composed of concentric discs hover in space like jellyfish adrift in the sea.
